Position: Hybrid Financial Controller Role
Join a dynamic project-based services organization in Saskatchewan as a CPA-designated Financial Controller. This hybrid role focuses on financial reporting, internal controls, and leadership support.

As a Financial Controller in Regina, you will lead full-cycle accounting operations and ensure timely financial statements. Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance governance and improve reporting accuracy, while also managing corporate income tax and payroll remittances. Your expertise will be crucial for long-term operational scalability and project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

• Independently manage the monthly close process for financial accuracy

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for multiple accounts

• Oversee year-end reporting and coordinate with external accountants

• Implement revenue recognition policies using percentage-of-completion

Requirements:

• CPA designation required and in good standing

• 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience

• 5+ years in a senior Controller-level role

• Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards

• Proven ability to enhance financial processes and document policies
