Join Stantec as an Application Administrator focused on finance systems maintenance and compliance. Be the backbone of our software operations and ensure optimal functionality.
We're looking for an experienced administrator to manage our financial applications, including Oracle eBusiness Suite and Deltek Vantagepoint.
Your role will involve configuration tasks, period end processes, and working with audit groups to ensure all systems operate within regulatory standards. Collaboration is key, as you support our team’s initiative for seamless software performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement configurations for finance applications
• Execute year end financial processes and audits
• Review security controls on a quarterly basis
• Oversee application upgrades and patch installations
• Maintain accurate documentation for applications
Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle eBS modules
• Familiarity with financial regulations and GL processes
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Background in finance or accounting is beneficial
• Relevant post-secondary education or experience
Drive compliance and efficiency in application management at Stantec while utilizing your expertise.
