You will mentor Junior and Senior Accountants while overseeing client projects, ensuring adherence to best accounting practices, and maintaining compliance. With a focus on innovative financial solutions, you will manage reconciliations, month-end closes, and audit processes for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and support Junior and Senior Accountants

• Oversee client engagements for accurate financial reporting

• Manage month-end close and financial reconciliations

• Implement process improvements for efficiency

• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years of post-CPA experience in professional services

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards

• Experience with cloud-based accounting tools

• Excellent client relationship management skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
