We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage our financial records at 414 Victoria Ave, Regina. This full-time role emphasizes payroll management and ledger accuracy.
As a permanent employee, you will work on-site handling responsibilities such as payroll calculations and fixed asset evaluations. Candidates should have at least 1 to 2 years of bookkeeping experience along with a college-level diploma. Ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately is crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate payroll and prepare relevant cheques
• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation tracking
• Keep and balance financial records and accounts
• Prepare general ledgers and financial statements
• Handle tax return preparations and trial balances
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary bookkeeping education
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience
• Physical presence required at Regina location
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
