In the role of Operations Coordinator, your primary task will be upholding the accuracy of our mortgage commitments and managing daily transactions. You'll assist in legal documentation and analyze critical financial information. By supporting internal and external stakeholders, you'll enable streamlined operations within the commercial mortgages sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure mortgage commitments are accurately set up
• Oversee daily mortgage transaction management
• Help document preparations with Mortgage Analysts
• Maintain essential information regarding property taxes
• Assist with daily administrative office functions
Requirements:
• Education in Business or a related field is required
• Previous experience in mortgages or real estate is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
Enhance operational efficiencies in commercial mortgages by ensuring accuracy and fostering collaborative relationships.
