This full-time role involves liaising between CLIC and Gallagher, assisting with record-keeping and client inquiries in Wealth Group services. Your proactive problem-solving and communication skills will be key in resolving administrative issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process client deposits for RRSP and pension groups
• Ensure timely and accurate PAD withdrawals
• Handle withdrawals, transfers, and payment processing
• Investigate employer and member inquiries
• Create and review reports for accuracy
Requirements:
• Post-secondary courses in Benefits and Pension Administration
• 2-3 years' experience in employee benefits or payroll management
• CEB or CEBS certification is a plus
• LOMA AAPA designation considered an asset
• Background check required for successful candidates
