As the Assistant Branch Manager you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies.
Is this role right for you?- Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day‑to‑day issues
- Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
- Provide on‑going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
- Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
- Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Build and create a high‑performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
- Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviors
- 5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management/financial services)
- Registered Representative License
- CIRO Supervisor License
- Process‑oriented person and effective communicator
- Previous management experience is considered an asset
- Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
- A coach's mindset
