Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with daily banking needs and provide personalized financial advice

• Identify opportunities for financial growth and recommend suitable products

• Collaborate with specialty teams for complex product recommendations

• Educate members on digital banking tools and provide tech support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience in financial services
