In this role you will:

Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day-to-day issues

Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy

Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation

Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients

Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Build and create a high-performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations

Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviors

Do you have the skills that will enable you to success in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

5+ years of experience in the investment industry (wealth management/financial services)

Registered Representative License

CIRO Supervisor License

Process-oriented person and effective communicator

Previous management experience is considered an asset.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
