Transactional Services Manager at Interpro

Lead the Transactional Services Team at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. as a Transactional Services Manager.

Your role will involve overseeing AP and AR operations to support our Canadian business efficiently.

Reporting to the Director of Transactional Services and Credit, you will be responsible for managing both accounts payable and receivable teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential to navigate issues and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments. Leadership is key as you will motivate your team to deliver uncompromising service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities of AP and AR staff

• Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing

• Address vendor and invoicing inquiries efficiently

• Support external audit requests as needed

• Contribute to corporate projects and team training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred

• Relevant AR/AP experience

• Familiarity with general ledger systems
