We now have a career opportunity for a Full-Time Wealth Services Associate
, located in Regina.

As the Wealth Services Associate, you will be

Providing licensed support through a combination of client services, investment administration, account maintenance, and advisory team service and support. This includes:

  • Providing professional support to Investment Advisors and clients by assisting with account administration, new business processing, transfers, documentation, and service requests.
  • Meeting with clients to provide ongoing service, administrative assistance, and guidance on wealth management products and self-directed investment platforms.
  • Processing and monitoring client transactions, including trades and account transfers while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Communicating with a variety of external organizations to support client requests, resolve issues, and facilitate account administration activities.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships through referrals and promotion of TCU Wealth Management products and services.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by participating in networking, client education and community events.
  • Supporting and fulfilling all compliance responsibilities while ensuring professional conduct and adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies.
As the Wealth Services Associate, you are
  • Knowledgeable in wealth management products and services, financial planning concepts, administrative processes and evolving regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • A relationship focused individual who builds trust with existing and prospective clients and colleagues through exceptional service and a personable approach.
  • A collaborative team player who works closely with advisors and internal partners to deliver solutions that address client’s unique financial needs.
  • A strong communicator with well-developed skills for interacting with clients and colleagues in a positive and sincere manner, especially during negative and adverse situations.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, with a passion for expanding your knowledge and contributing to the delivery of holistic wealth solutions.
If you are motivated by the thought of this challenge

And can demonstrate success through 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a wealth management or financial institution environment, along with having successfully completed the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE), and/or QAFP, then this position may be for you!
