Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, analyze, and validate budget and forecasting processes

• Develop and communicate financial targets for performance measures

• Improve reporting and budgeting processes across the organization

• Prepare key financial documents for management and stakeholders

• Conduct revenue requirement analysis to support rate-setting

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Commerce

• Seven years' experience in financial management required

• Preferred knowledge of regulated utility or energy sector

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• Track record of mentoring and building effective teams
