Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize guest rooms to brand standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.

Clean bathrooms, vacuum floors, dust furniture, and disinfect high-touch surfaces.

Empty garbage and recycling.

Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns.

Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.

Clean hallways and public areas as assigned.

Follow hotel procedures and work efficiently to meet daily productivity standards.

Provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Legally authorized to work in Canada.

This is a physically demanding position. Applicants must be able to:

Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Push and maneuver loaded housekeeping carts.

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
