• Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs

• Mentor and oversee junior staff in learning delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant area
• At least 5 years of experience in talent development
• Certification in adult education preferred
• CPHR designation is an asset
• Excellent relationship-building abilities
