Functional (job responsibilities)- Be a secretary of Assets and Liabilities Management Committee “ALCO”.
- Be a Business Unit Compliance Representative “BUCR”.
- Work closely with Head to initiate strategies/campaigns to achieve/outperform Global Markets’ P&L and ensure 100% consistency on the overall business strategic direction.
- Being customer centric by working closely with relevant stakeholders (Group, internal, external if any) to ensure all strategies/campaigns have been successfully execute and achieve the set objectives/KPIs.
- Asist Head in preparing/ensure 100% accuracy of all management reports.
- Open eye to all market/industrial updated on FX/funding to be able to reasonable relate that fresh news to meet customer’s expectation and propose the impact/competitor updates to Head.
- Maintain up to date on all Policies, SOP, Manual and Code of Conduct related under Global Markets.
- Supervise and oversee FX/Funding Manager in performing their job effectively to achieve Global Markets’ P&L and comply with relevant guidelines/requirements governing the Treasury markets, regulation, approved limit.
- Grow and manage client portfolio (individuals, corporate, FIs) via joint F2F or webinar with FX/Funding Manager.
- Initiate strategies/campaigns to achieve Global Markets’ P&L and ensure 100% consistency on the overall business strategic direction.
- Pass Department Audit Rating.
- Maintain up to date on Policies, SOP, Manual and Code of Conduct under Global Markets.
- Master/ Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance or a recognized professional qualification in related field &/or with related working experience
- Preferred to have more than 5 year-experience of related field.
- Strong understanding of economics, particularly in emerging markets.
- Knowledge of the Asia region and business practice/ culture Demonstrated success in managing a fast-growing business in an emerging market.
- Agile, strategic and leadership skills.
- Mastery of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
