In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for the management and strategic oversight of a 228-bed long-term care home. This role brings vital operational duties that focus on high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with legislative standards. You will promote positive relationships with staff and community partners to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and financial resources

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation

• Lead initiatives for resident-centered services

• Build and maintain strong labor relations

• Set strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals

Requirements:

• Degree in Health Care, Business Administration, or similar

• At least 5 years of management experience in long-term care

• Completion of a recognized administration program

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Point Click Care
