Store Manager - Retail

In this position, you will lead the daily operations of the company, managing staff, setting merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies, and developing marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include determining staffing requirements, resolving issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and volunteers, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
