You will collaborate with the General Manager to enhance planning and operational efficiency while ensuring high-level customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, dispatch oversight, and team management to drive performance across the board. Your leadership will play a key role in mentoring the next generation of managers and sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support operations and planning of moving division
• Monitor sales performance and receivables
• Guide the sales team in estimating and quoting moves
• Manage dispatch and delivery operations effectively
• Hire and coach team members for success
Requirements:
• Outgoing and motivated individual
• Class 5 driver’s licence and good abstract
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management abilities
• Experience in moving industry is a plus
