Strategic HR Leadership

Lead full cycle recruitment and onboarding, and support workforce planning, for all clinic roles

Oversee performance management processes, leadership development, and coaching for the management team

Develop and maintain HR tools, policies, compliance, and the Employee Handbook in alignment with Saskatchewan legislation

Oversee SVMA CE tracking and licence verification for regulated staff

Lead engagement surveys, retention strategies, and culture building initiatives

Scheduling, Payroll & Administrative Systems

Build and manage staff schedules across all departments to ensure operational coverage

Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality

Oversee administrative systems and internal communications, and support vendor relationships

Support development and implementation of operational systems (e.g., inventory management) in partnership with the Director of Operations

Cross Functional Leadership & Operational Continuity

Serve as the cross trained backup for designated financial and building operations functions requiring sign off

Act as the people lead when the Manager, Clinical Floor is away

Provide performance management and coaching for the Manager, Clinical Floor

Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure unified leadership, aligned decision making, and cohesive management practices
