The Vice President works in direct partnership with the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to strengthen Economic Development Regina's organizational performance and advance its strategic priorities.
The role exists to translate strategy into measurable results by providing executive leadership across EDR's highest-priority initiatives, building organizational capability, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed consistently across the organization. Working across functions, teams, and external partnerships, the Vice President aligns people, resources, and decision-making to increase organizational impact, improve performance, and support the evolution of EDR's operating model.
