YWCA Regina delivers critical services to women, gender-diverse people, children, youth, and families across our community. Our work spans a wide continuum of care, including:
Housing & Shelter:  Providing safety, stability, and wraparound supports that promote healing, security, and hope.
Children’s Homes:  Operating homes for children ages 0–12 in the care of the Ministry of Social Services, grounded in trauma-informed care and a sense of belonging.
Youth & Community Programs:  Delivering education, training, prevention, and leadership programming—including Homebase, a youth-driven hub designed for youth, by youth.
Early Learning:  Operating five licensed early childhood education centres.
Social Enterprise:  Leading four social enterprises and a growing volunteer program.
Community Engagement:  Hosting three signature fundraising and awareness events annually.

Position Description  The Chief Impact Officer (CIO) provides visionary leadership across all housing, community, and childcare programs. This role ensures that programs are person-centered, culturally grounded, financially sustainable, and aligned with strategic priorities—balancing mission, community impact, and operational excellence. The CIO will drive innovation, strengthen service delivery, enhance organizational impact, and ensure YWCA Regina continues to meet the evolving needs of the community with compassion, integrity, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities   Program Leadership & Strategy
Support the establishment of program goals, outcomes, and performance indicators.
Provide strategic oversight to ensure all programs align with mission, values, and community needs.
Lead the development of long-term strategies that support sustainability and growth.
Collaborate with the CEO to balance service impact with organizational expansion.
Champion innovation and respond proactively to emerging issues and opportunities.
Program Operations & Management
Provide executive oversight of day-to-day program delivery and overall impact.
Ensure compliance with standards of care, regulations, best practices, and funder agreements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for program areas.
Develop and implement dashboards to track impact, financial outcomes, and program quality.
Evaluation & Impact Measurement
Oversee evaluation frameworks, data systems, and outcomes reporting.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to strengthen services.
Prepare strategic reports for funders, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors.
Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-focused organizational culture.
Build strong succession pipelines and foster mentorship throughout the organization.
Community Engagement & Partnerships
Build and maintain partnerships with service providers, community groups, coalitions, and sector networks.
