CRBCL is hiring one coordinator to lead family healing programs within the Family Enhancement and Preservation Team. Your work will address trauma and promote wellness among children, youth, and families. Desired skills include strong communication, organization, and a deep understanding of First Nations culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee healing programs for families and individual clients
• Identify risk factors to develop effective programming
• Collaborate with families to promote trauma-informed care
• Coordinate with volunteers, staff, and community members
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all clients
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience planning and leading programs
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
