As a Business Development Representative, you are the engine at the top of our sales funnel. Your role is to strategically qualify opportunities before they move forward to our Sales Executives. When this role is done well, deals close faster, sales cycles shorten, and customers are set up for success.
This is an account-focused BDR role, not a spray-and-pray outbound position. You’ll balance activity with judgment—driving volume while maintaining quality. While the role is remote, you’ll collaborate closely with our East Coast team and participate in occasional in-person meetings in Saint John, NB.

What You’ll DoYou’ll focus on outbound and inbound prospecting activities, including:
- Strategically qualifying new revenue opportunities
- Building relationships with prospects via phone, email, and Linked In
- Conducting discovery calls to assess fit and readiness
- Coordinating next steps and handoffs to Sales Executives
- Maintaining accurate notes and updates in our CRM
You’ll play a critical role in the company’s growth and will be relied on as a key contributor to pipeline health.

- Number of calls booked
- Number of calls completed
- Number of qualified opportunities created

- Fluent with AI tools and comfortable using AI to personalize outreach, research accounts, and improve productivity
- Experience with sales engagement or prospecting tools such as Salesloft and Linked In Sales Navigator
