Outside Sales Representative - Saskatchewan

A well-established equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to support and grow business across Saskatchewan, Canada. This role focuses on developing relationships with dealers and end users while driving equipment sales in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate brings prior OEM equipment or attachment sales experience and understands how to position value through product knowledge, application support, and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory across Saskatchewan
• Sell equipment and/or equipment attachments to dealers and end users
• Develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
• Conduct regular field visits to understand customer applications and equipment needs
• Provide consultative sales support, including product recommendations and solution-based selling
• Track opportunities, customer activity, and pipeline progress
• Monitor market activity and competitor presence to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events as needed

• Required:
  
  Prior OEM equipment sales experience and/or equipment attachment sales experience
• Proven success in outside or territory-based sales roles
• Strong understanding of equipment applications and customer operating environments
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory
