Customer Service (30%)
Provide efficient and effective customer service ensuring company standards are metInterfacing with the customers in person or by telephone in a prompt, courteous, business-like mannerSales (60%)
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clientsPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be madeFollow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activityIdentify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assignedPrepare presentations, proposals and sales contractsDevelop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledgeEstablish and maintain current client and potential client relationshipsPrepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract servicesManage account services through quality checks and other follow-upIdentify and resolve client concernsPrepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goalsCommunicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staffCoordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close salesDevelop and implement special sales activities to reduce stockMaintain and update CRM (Sales Link)Other (10%):
