Shape the future of ticket sales with the Regina Pats Hockey Club as an Account Executive. Focus on driving sales while delivering superb customer service for all ticketing needs.
This role requires a passionate individual to manage season tickets, flex packages, and more. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fulfilling current ticketing needs while collaborating with team members to enhance fan experiences on game days. Strong organizational skills and strategic thinking are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new ticket sales opportunities
• Manage ticket allocations and renewals effectively
• Provide excellent service to fans regarding ticket issues
• Collaborate with operations and support staff for smooth events
• Resolve any ticketing issues that arise during games
Requirements:
• Sales experience in consumer or partnership settings
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to work flexible game-day hours
• Knowledge of WHL and Junior Hockey is beneficial
