We are seeking a goal driven, customer focused, Wireless Team Member to join our team. A part-time opportunity is available.
Your day will include:
Proactively engaging with new and existing customers in-store, by phone, and online to drive sales.
Promoting wireless and home services with confidence and enthusiasm.
Completing wireless activations, upgrades, and in-home services with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales-driven environment, but will train the right candidate.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.
Motivated by performance-based rewards and excited by the chance to earn commissions and bonuses.
Tech‑savvy & eager to stay current on the latest wireless and home service products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
Proficient with computer systems including MS Office 365 (Teams, Excel, Word); experience with iQmetrix is an asset.
Due to the nature of the business, there may be times when a team member is required to work alone.
Flexible availability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
