Position: Lead Generator / In Home Sales
Position Summary
Lead Generator / In Home Design Consultant – full time – required immediately – Regina Branch.

Responsibilities
Lead Generator Responsibilities

Initiates customer contact and qualifies the lead for In Home Sales Consultants.

Maintains in-store kiosks / displays and runs on‑site information sessions at each location.

Assists with set up and tear down of displays and provides reliable transportation.

Engages customers by hosting a booth in big‑box store kiosks.

Provides customers with brochures and displays samples.

Completes other duties as assigned.

In Home Design Consultant Responsibilities

Adheres to the FLOFORM In‑Home Process for sales as per training.

Provides a positive experience by educating clients and ensuring first‑class service during in‑home consultations.

Available and completes a minimum of 10 in‑home sales consultations per week, 5 during prime‑time hours (evenings and weekends).

Maintains a weekly closing ratio >40 %.

Presents and maintains inspection videos on all demos performed.

Acquires 24 references during the training period and maintains at least one reference per week thereafter.

Attends required training meetings as per branch expectations.

Processes orders, accepts payment over the telephone or in person, and enters orders/quotes for production.

Responds to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinates activities with other departments, and escalates complaints to supervisor as required.

Takes measurements to ensure appropriate sizing, assists customers in product selection, and maintains customer‑service records.

Establishes proactive communication to ensure customers understand their orders.

Handles quality and service issues to develop and maintain customer loyalty.

Ensures accurate pricing, issues invoices promptly, and resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies with the appropriate department(s).

Actively seeks opportunities to network and build relationships to promote business relationships.

Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma with an eye for design or fashion.

1–2 years of sales or direct Kitchen & Bath sales experience.

Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office; ability to learn other software.

Problem‑solving skills.

Diplomatic and respectful handling of challenging situations.

Effective verbal communication skills.

Intermediate mathematical skills, with a solid understanding of fractions and measurements.

Effective selling and follow‑up skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time and goals independently.

Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally.

Capability to stand for extended periods.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to undergo a clear criminal record check.

Reliable transportation.

Availability for evenings and weekends.
