Hybrid, Canada Sales Development Representative (Bilingual – Spanish)
Jobber is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Sales team. The role is hybrid.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Development Representative will:
- Connect with potential customers through phone, text, and email in both English and Spanish.
- Provide the next step of engagement to qualified prospects for Account Executives.
- Track key information in Salesforce for follow‑up and analytics.
- Participate in learning opportunities and self‑guided work to develop sales skills.
- Work a non‑standard shift as specified in the posting.
- Previous success in sales (cell phones, electronics, retail, or similar).
- Self‑starter who can dial over 100 calls per day.
- Driven, tenacious, and resilient with strong communication skills.
- Collaborative and able to build relationships quickly with the sales team.
- Adaptable to changing directions in an agile environment.
Fixed base salary of $48,300 with a commission of $15,000, for an On‑Target Earnings of $63,300. Commission is uncapped and paid monthly. The package also includes equity rewards, annual wellness stipends, retirement savings match, and a fully paid extended health package.
