This full-time Territory Manager role calls for a dynamic leader passionate about agriculture and sales. You will be responsible for executing a long-term sales strategy while managing Pioneer Sales Agencies to enhance performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong coaching abilities and market insight to anticipate opportunities and competition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute a structured five-year growth plan for Pioneer products
• Develop high-performing relationships with Pioneer Agencies
• Assign customers strategically to ensure growth
• Coach Agencies on best sales practices and negotiation
• Facilitate communication between teams and customers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in sales
• Willing to travel and work in rural areas
• Background in agronomy and crop production desired
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
