We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Regina team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career or looking for a career change in sales who wants structured development, strong income potential, and a clear path into future leadership, while still maintaining flexibility and independence, day to day.

Retention Bonus

Successful new hires are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $3,000, paid as follows: $1,000 after 1 month of employment, $1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 6 months of continued employment with CFIB.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Regina area
  • Meet with small and medium‑sized business owners to understand their needs
  • Present CFIB solutions that provide value, savings, and support
  • Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
  • Build long‑term relationships with members
  • Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
  • Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
Who Succeeds In This Role
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable mindset with interest in long‑term career growth
  • Comfortable working in a field‑based role
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
