Become the Head of Sales for Etihad Real Estate in Canada and lead transformative initiatives in the real estate market. This is a full-time leadership opportunity.
Etihad Real Estate is eager to find an experienced Head of Sales to spearhead operations in Canada. This director-level position will focus on managing direct sales and fostering strategic alliances. A strong emphasis will be placed on compliance and building relationships across the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct sales function to drive revenue and target achievement
• Implement strategic plans for market presence
• Grow broker networks and partner relations
• Maintain key stakeholder partnerships in real estate
• Analyze market trends to refine sales approaches
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in real estate sales leadership
• Track record of hitting sales goals
• Strong in business development and negotiation
• Experience in the Canadian real estate market
• Must be eligible to work in Canada as a resident or citizen
