We are looking for a Financial Service Representative to build strong relationships with customers by welcoming and engaging them in person, over the phone, and by email. The representative will demonstrate compassion and empathy, understand customer situations and needs, and match them to suitable financial products. They will educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through credit building, capitalize on cross‑sales, manage collections, and ensure accurate application information is collected.
Responsibilities- Build strong relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy by understanding customers’ situations and needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
- Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through credit building.
- Capitalize on financial cross‑sales and add‑on products.
- Manage collections activities for all past‑due financial accounts.
- Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communicator who is people and results‑oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer‑facing workplace and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
- Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast‑paced and competitive environments.
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full‑time basis at the time of application; sponsorship not available.
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour CAD plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
