Key Responsibilities- Implement current business and conduct client onboarding sessions
- Deliver engaging presentations to employee groups
- Train plan administrators on effective plan management
- Lead workshops on product updates and features
- Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Group Insurance or client services
- Knowledge of group benefits and regulations
- Post-secondary diploma or GBA designation is an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Undergo a background check and travel regularly
