In this role, reporting to the Crop Inputs Location Manager, your focus will be on delivering tailored agronomic services and supporting business growth for Paterson Grain. You will analyze market insights, assist in operational management, and guide other agronomists. Your efforts will drive the agronomy program while promoting innovative products from suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert agronomic knowledge and skills
• Meet annual business targets and find new opportunities
• Execute the agronomy program within the area
• Support and mentor location agronomists and staff
• Collaborate with suppliers to innovate product offerings
Requirements:
• Hold a professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)
• A degree/diploma in Agriculture is essential
• 2-3 years experience in a sales agronomy role preferred
• Management experience is beneficial
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required
