What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.

Identify and build meaningful relationships with new and existing customers across diverse industries.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase our range of equipment.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

Stay ahead of industry trends and developments to offer informed recommendations.

Prepare sales reports and forecast future market opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

Represent our company at trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads.

Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems, including sales activity, quotes, contacts, and follow-ups.

Drivedealership and manufacturer market share objectives, actively contributing to our annual goals.

Proactively follow up with sales leads from various sources, including website inquiries and manufacturing partners.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect and build trust with customers.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the equipment industry.

Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and familiarity with current industry trends.

Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, industry events, and occasionally overnight as needed.
