Brandt Industries Ltd. seeks a Parts Representative for its Regina location. This key internal support role manages high call volumes while providing timely responses to dealers and internal teams. You will handle parts orders, confirm delivery schedules, and troubleshoot technical inquiries to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Professionally manage incoming dealer phone calls
• Process parts orders for multiple Brandt divisions
• Provide knowledgeable inside sales support
• Collaborate with logistics teams for tracking shipments
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in parts order processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in agricultural and construction equipment helpful
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred
