Full Time Furniture Sales Associate  Leon’s is currently looking for a self‑motivated Full Time Furniture Sales Associate who is enthusiastic, hardworking and driven towards success. The ideal candidates have a passion for technology and understand the importance of customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience. Leon’s Furniture has locations from coast to coast, is Canadian owned, and has a rich history spanning over 110 years.

Today, as in the past, Canadians have turned to us to provide their home furnishing needs, and we’re proud to be expanding our sales teams in every location to meet this challenge. Many of our most successful associates joined Leon’s in entry level positions and with hard work, determination and desire they were able to achieve a level of success beyond their imaginations.
Responsibilities   Welcome customers warmly and build relationships to understand their furniture needs.
Assist customers in finding furniture pieces that suit their style, budget, and space requirements.
Develop an in‑depth understanding of the furniture selection, including materials, designs, dimensions, and care instructions.
Explain the features and perks of various products to help customers make informed decisions.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, from selection to finalizing transactions.
Assist customers in placing orders, arranging financing, and scheduling deliveries.
Verify order accuracy and coordinate follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns, product issues, or complaints promptly and effectively.
Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets by employing effective selling techniques, including Value Added Products and Services (VAPS) and product protection.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Educate customers about policies related to warranties, returns, and exchanges.
Education & Training  Your enthusiasm and passion for assisting customers and helping to understand their unique needs. Continuous, quality education and training on our products and sales techniques.
