Key Responsibilities Implement current business and conduct client onboarding sessions
Deliver engaging presentations to employee groups
Train plan administrators on effective plan management
Lead workshops on product updates and features
Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Group Insurance or client services
Knowledge of group benefits and regulations
Post-secondary diploma or GBA designation is an asset
Valid driver’s license
Undergo a background check and travel regularly
