Position Summary  Canada West Harvest Centre (CWHC) Territory Sales Representative - optimizes retail sales to end‑user CLAAS/LEXION agricultural equipment within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities   Develop sales territory for future growth and maintain relationships within dealer guidelines while providing after‑sales product follow‑up and support equipment operations as needed.
Retail sales and promotion of products.
Build effective relationships within the dealership assigned territory.
Regularly monitor competitive activities.
Implement marketing sales tools.
Sell features and benefits rather than discounts – Value Selling.
Provide extra consideration in used machinery retails.
Coordinate training efforts.
Manage relationships with customers/dealers, including factory visits.
Act as continuous liaison/feedback from territory to dealer.
Achieve and/or exceed annual marketing plan.
Achieve goals within allocated budget guidelines.
Qualifications   4‑year college degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or marketing capacity with an agricultural equipment manufacturer (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years experience in application, adjustment, setting, and operation of farm equipment.
Farming background preferred.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote computer login.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Valid driver’s license with verifiably secure driving history.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem analysis and problem‑solving skill set.
Self‑starter and motivator with excellent time‑management skills.
Knowledge of CLAAS products and retail finance processes is a plus.
Must be eligible to work in Canada.
