Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to broaden their business‑to‑business sales experience as a Territory Representative on the Retail 2‑Step Team. In this newly created role you will act as the front‑line representative for Milwaukee Tools, engaging daily with business owners and key decision‑makers. You will manage direct sales growth, warehouse transfer growth, and develop comprehensive sell‑through strategies, directly supporting the top‑line sales and profitability of Milwaukee Tools Canada.

What You Will Do
  • Drive GLR sales within an assigned territory of key dealers
  • Ensure 100% dealer engagement and dealer adoption of the Milwaukee Brand
  • Grow the breadth of the line through placement programs, category expansion, competitive conversions and sell‑through initiatives
  • Provide accurate monthly and quarterly territory forecasts that deliver and exceed territory budgets
  • Help train distribution and demonstrate products throughout the year
  • Assist with service solutions for the assigned brands
  • Manage expenses by following the Travel & Expense policy and staying within the annual budget
What You Will Bring
  • Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year sales experience, ideally two to three years
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Practical business communication skills, a broad business perspective and understanding of the power‑tool market
  • Valid driver’s license and passport
