The Customer Account Representative role involves building and nurturing relationships with farmers and customers, helping them navigate markets and capture profit.

• Negotiate and coordinate grain contracts for a defined client base.
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with current and potential customers.
• Execute grain marketing programs to meet budgeted grain volumes and margins.
• Provide grain marketing strategy education to farmers.
• Analyze current and future agricultural trends and service needs.

• Post‑secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows‑based workplace.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for interacting and fostering team‑oriented relationships with both internal team members and external customers.
• Self‑motivated team player with excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a variety of activities and tasks, driven by targets and a strong desire to achieve goals.
