As a Market Development Specialist, you will spearhead customer development within the food processing realm, focusing on specialty flours for noodles and other Asian cuisines. Your expertise will drive channel building and enhance brand visibility across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with key food manufacturers and bakeries
• Build distributor and food broker networks across various channels
• Execute market development plans targeting specific regions
• Collaborate with QC/R&D for customer specifications and product trials
• Analyze market data, competitor pricing, and trends for informed strategies
Requirements:
• Experience in sales or business development in food or related sectors
• Knowledge of the North American food distribution system
