Duties include:
Building and fostering strong relationships with farmers in a territory
Meet farm clients in the field to better assess their needs
Start to finish sales from the initial greeting to filling out paperwork
Maintaining expert knowledge on equipment
Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for someone who:
is self motivated, professional, and driven to sell
has strong farming knowledge or background
has good computer abilities
can build relationships before and after a sale
is motivated by a personal selling approach which occurs mainly in the field, with limited time in store
Post secondary education in agronomy/business is a definite asset
