ECCO Outside Sales Associate Position

Become an Outside Sales Associate with ECCO and engage in diverse sales activities to build relationships with HVAC contractors. This role involves strategic sales calls and business development initiatives to boost regional sales.

Apply your five years of sales experience to foster long-term business relationships within the HVAC sector. You will develop and implement effective business strategies while collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure the achievement of sales objectives and forecasts. Face-to-face and virtual interactions will be pivotal in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build business with HVAC contractors in your territory

• Implement new sales strategies for product offerings

• Conduct regular sales calls, both virtual and in-person

• Coordinate with management on budget goals

• Drive sales growth to meet annual targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in sales or account management

• Familiarity with HVAC industry advantageous

• College diploma or degree is a plus

• Strong people and communication skills

• Excellent time-management capabilities
