As a Sales Associate with United Rentals, you will engage in the Sales Development Program focused on building effective customer relationships through training and hands-on experience. You will collaborate with experts while mastering key sales tools and understanding the rental lifecycle. This role sets the stage for advancement to an Outside Sales Representative position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain insights by shadowing both sales and operational roles
• Lead outbound sales initiatives with various customer segments
• Utilize CRM and inventory management tools effectively
• Manage sales discussions, including pricing and contracts
• Participate in local initiatives and team events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in customer-facing sales roles preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with mobile and computer technologies
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory record
