Join Mosaic as an Alcohol Sampling Ambassador, providing engaging product experiences in local grocery stores part-time. This flexible role requires availability on weekends to serve shoppers.
In this part-time position, you will inform customers about brands while preparing and serving alcohol samples. With an emphasis on communication and engagement, you will also maintain a clean sampling environment. A valid Liquor Certification is essential, combined with a knack for customer service and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve enticing alcohol samples to customers
• Educate shoppers with key product information
• Meet sampling targets through effective interactions
• Set up, maintain, and clean the sampling area
• Complete necessary reporting after each shift
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Liquor Certification prior to the interview
• Regular availability for Friday and Saturday shifts
• Preferably background in retail or customer service
• Strong interaction and communication skills
• Ability to manage setup and cleanup tasks
