At Heeman's, we're looking for a Tropical Plant Storage Coordinator to care for and manage customer plants over winter. This full-time position highlights your horticultural skills and commitment to excellent customer service.

In the role of Tropical Plant Storage Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our greenhouse operations. You'll be responsible for all aspects of plant care, providing assistance to customers, and ensuring that all plants are correctly maintained during their storage period. Your knowledge of plant varieties will help clients effectively address their plant care questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee indoor plant storage and care for clients' plants

• Address customer inquiries regarding plant health

• Ensure greenhouse cleanliness and disinfection protocols

• Optimize plant organization within the storage greenhouse

• Collaborate on production and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in greenhouse or agricultural work

• Obtain a Grower Pesticide License promptly

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings
