Join WSP as an Environmental Planning Specialist focused on innovative solutions in infrastructure and energy projects. This role combines project management and environmental planning.
As part of WSP, you will contribute to multidisciplinary projects requiring environmental assessments, regulatory applications, and effective project coordination. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining project documentation and achieving project goals through effective collaboration. This position allows you to grow your consulting skills while making a tangible impact in your field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project activities, schedules, and documentation
• Assist with environmental planning and assessment efforts
• Generate clear technical and regulatory materials
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and invoicing
• Engage with clients, Indigenous communities, and project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related discipline
• 1-3 years of experience in environmental consulting
• Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes
• Skilled in preparing technical reports and project documentation
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
