This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints to determine project needs while preparing layouts that meet code compliance. You will measure, cut, and assemble various materials, alongside supervising and instructing apprentices and other workers. Engage in both residential and commercial environments, ensuring the highest quality standards throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints and construct layout plans

• Cut, assemble, and join building materials with precision

• Build and erect foundations, walls, and roof systems

• Fit and install doors, windows, and other elements

• Manage project timelines and supervise apprentices

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of proven carpentry experience

• Completion of secondary school required

• Valid driver’s license necessary for travel

• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments

• Willing to work in various weather and site conditions
